苦里巴茶挥发油的提取分离及抑菌作用

[摘要]
目的:研究香芝麻蒿挥发油的提取分离方法、化学成分及抑菌作用。
方法:通过超临界流体二氧化碳萃取.分子蒸馏法提取和分离香芝麻蒿挥发油,并运用GC—MS法分析鉴定其化学成分。采用琼脂平板抑菌法,以苯甲酸为对照样品对挥发油的抑菌作用进行研究。结果:从超临界流体二氧化碳萃取物中共分离、鉴定出了35种化学成分,其中主要成分为单萜、倍半萜及其含氧衍生物,对某些细菌的抑菌作用比苯甲酸强。
结论:本方法具有稳定可靠、低温高效、无污染等优点,适用于中草药有效成分的提取分离。香芝麻蒿挥发油对常见的细菌有较好的抑菌作用。

Study on extraction,separation and antimicrobial activity of volatile oil from Elsholtzia rugulosa

ABSTRACT:OBJECTIVE The chemical constituents and antimicrobial activity of the volatile oil from Elshohzia rugulosa were studied on the basis of researching its extraction separation.METHODS The volatile oil was extracted and separated from Elsholtzia rugulosa by supercritical CO2 fluid—molecular distillation,and the chemical components were determined by GC—MS analysis.Benzo—ic acid was used as the control substance.the antimicrobial activity of the volatile oil was tested by bacteriostatic method of agar plate.
RESULTS Thirty.five chemical components from SFE.CO extractive were separated and identified.the major chemical constituents were monoterpenes,sesquiterpenes and their OXO—derivatives in the oil,and the antimicrobial activity against common bacteria was stronger than benzoic acid.CONCLUSION The method has many advantages of reliablity,stability,low—temperature,high efficiency and nonpollution etc.and iS suitable for the extraction and separation of the active constituents from the Chinese traditional medi.cine.The volatile oil from Elsholtzia rugulosa shows quite good antimicrobial activity against coInmon bacteria.
    香芝麻蒿(Elsholtzia rugulosa H.),又名皱叶香薷,苦里巴,为唇形科香薷属植物。主要分布在我国的西部地区。其全草可入药,是我国民间常用的一种中草药,其味辛、苦,有清热解毒、消食化积之功效,主要用来治疗烂疮、伤风感冒、消化不良、腹痛腹胀等症 。有关各种香薷的化学成分虽已有文献报道 ,但香薷的化学成分较为复杂,且由于种属、产地、气候、生长环境、采收季节和提取方法等的不同,使得各种香薷的化学成分也有明显的差异。为了开发该植物的药用资源,为临床应用提供科学依据。作者在应用超临界流体二氧化碳(SFE.CO )一分子蒸馏(MD)法对采自甘肃子午岭山区的香芝麻蒿挥发油提取分离的基础上,又通过色谱一质谱联用GC—MS法分析鉴定了其中的化学成分,并对其抑菌…………
